Task 1
Microsoft Excel creates amazing tables online to be able to create amazing and complex formulas, organization and timetables. These tables can also be known as SpreadSheets. As per the google dictionary, the definition of SpreadSheets means, "an electronic document in which data is arranged in the rows and columns of a grid and can be manipulated and used in calculations". From this we can aquire that Spreadsheets are basically documents that are created on our electronic devices (such as IPads, Computers, Phones, etc) of which is used to store data and keep it them in rows and columns. If needed they can be used to make calculations such as: how much something is worth or how to work on finding out the cost of prices in the market and seeing if they drop of go higher. Excel, the main place to be able to create SpreadSheets, offers the ability to be able to create 3 types of spreadsheets:

- Simple (or “Gray Cell”) Tables, which I’ve used since Excel 2.0

- PivotTables with a Tabular Report Layout, introduced in Excel 2010.

Global Context: Globalization and Sustainability.
I believe that the last strand of Globalization and Sustainability is able relate to the use of Spreadsheets because you can learn the impacts we make on humanity by putting the results on to a spreadsheet and analyse if we globalize and sustain the world properly.

I learnt certain features from Google Sheets and they are all mentioned in the Snips. Some were complex and some were too basic. I maked sure that they were the skills that were essential to making a decent excel spreadsheet. It was going to be the ones that need to be used for businessmen and people who use excel as an essential part of their work life.
From this, referring back to my previous reflection, I feel that Excel is so important because it can be used in any type of subject. It can be used to manage business work, it can be used to help to do calculations if you don't have a calculator, you can use it make timetables for your lessons and how you should use your spare time when you reach home and how you spend it. It can be used to list the possible words you can use, listing synonyms.
